Promotion: Book 4 nights and get 1 additional night for free!
Children under 3 years old can stay for free at our holiday home, so please only enter the number of children under 3 years old when making the reservation!
Pets (small dogs up to 7 kg) are allowed with prior arrangement: 5,000 HUF/night/puppy fee applies.

The tourism tax (IFA) rate in Békésszentandrás for the year 2025: 700.-HUF/night/pers. And it is payable for every person over the age of 18!

For the above dates, we charge a one-time final cleaning fee, which amounts to 25,000 HUF. The above prices apply to the entire Resort!

We are delighted to share the news with you that in 2025, our holiday home will reach another milestone! To ensure your comfort and uninterrupted relaxation, we are implementing a series of new developments to make your stay with us truly meet all your needs.
From our own experience, we know how important it is to have a well-equipped, modern accommodation where comfort services are available without additional costs. That’s why we are preparing to welcome you in the next season with the following new features:
- Dishwasher: So that household chores don’t come at the expense of your relaxation.
- The pool is now heated and equipped with a solar cover. We will strive to maintain the water temperature between 29-31 °C, depending on weather conditions.
- Bicycles: We provide four bicycles free of charge so you can explore the beautiful surroundings.
We trust that these new features will make your stay even more special and memorable!
To ensure your comfort and relaxation, we are enhancing your stay with the following services and amenities for the upcoming 2025 season (some of which will only be available during the peak and high seasons). As you are accustomed to, the rental fee includes unlimited use of all services:
- 2 SUP boards (life jackets, paddles) for exploring this section of the Kákafok Bay.
- Water pedal boat with a slide For water experiences.
- Free outdoor parking space For 3-4 Cars
- 5-person Wellis Finnish sauna for recharging
- 5-person Wellis Jacuzzi for complete relaxation
- Heated, sunken pool which maintains a pleasant temperature throughout the peak and high season.
- 3 air conditioning units (cooling/heating) and underfloor heating for perfect indoor comfort.
- Shutters and mosquito nets on every window.

- 4 bicycles (from March) for exploring the area.
- Badminton net and board games for entertainment.
- Waterpolonet in the pool for active relaxation.

- Seasonal herbs.
- 8-person gazebo located directly at the waterfront.
- Tableware, plates, glasses, cutlery for 10 people, a fully equipped kitchen.
- Outdoor kitchen with gas cylinder cooking system for preparing meals outside.
- Dishwasher, (from March) to make daily tasks easier.
- 20 m² large fishing pier with ladder, ideal for waterfront fishing.
